Autumnal colours begin to show
As the cool crisp air starts to flow
The gifts flood back of a year ago
Where our bodies and minds began to slow
Connecting with nature so pure
A journey from cave to biome we are sure
That beauty lies in every inch of space
A cottage, a fire, a beach, every step we trace
A gathering of seven women who share
A special moment in time, our senses laid bare
A time I’ll never forget in the wild, a place
Our Eden, where awareness slowed our pace
We beamed into each and every wisdom seed
Deepening our learnings in life to lead
A peaceful, free and empowered existence
To maintain these lessons takes a lot of persistence
Bringing beauty to each day while keeping the fire going within
It’s all in what we see, hear, smell, taste and touch herein
